Blessing

Be careful as you go out into the world,
for it does not belong to you.

Be gentle with yourself and with one another,
for you are the dwelling place of the Most High God.

And be silent,
because sometimes God is but a whisper.

And the blessing of God Almighty, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit,
be among you and remain with you and those you love, this day and always.

Amen.
